The 2025 GBF Games: Bloody Bootcamp brought all the fright and all the fight! From candy-filled crunches to coffin-level planks, every client rose from the crypt to test their strength, endurance, and determination. Our week of horror-themed workouts turned the studio into a haunted house of PRs, laughter, and new milestones.

Now that the cobwebs have settled, it’s time to reveal our champions and celebrate everyone who showed up, scared strong, and left even stronger. 💪🩸

🥈 Jasmine, Scott, and Jen all tied close behind with 35 victims each, proving that no creature feature could slow them down!

Every rep was a scream. Every hold, a horror hit.
